About the role

  • Customer 1:1 Onboarding & Enablement Focus:
  • Own and deliver a comprehensive and impactful software onboarding experience & training for new Tubular customers (EMEA & APAC), partnering with CSMs for Grow & Protect (Enterprise & Mid-Market) accounts, and independently owning the process for SMBs;
  • Directly help Tubular customers get oriented to the software and excited about the journey ahead by ensuring their success from Day 1;
  • Schedule additional enablement sessions for clients that completed their Onboarding session as needed;
  • Assess what they need to be completely comfortable using the software;
  • Available as a resource to train new users or new teams on existing customers for EMEA & APAC markets;
  • Act as internal resource for all things related to training & enablement for the Tubular suite of products;
  • Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience both in our product and processes;
  • Serve as a resource for the Customer Success team and assist with ramping up new hires on product use cases & knowledge.



  • Scaled Training and Education:
  • Design and build reusable training pathways that will enhance customer readiness and ability to quickly get value & business outcomes from the Tubular software;
  • Manage customer training platform, refreshing existing content and developing new content based on emerging customer needs;
  • Partner cross functionally with PMM and product team to ensure new product releases and features are accurately captured in externally facing resources;
  • Own reporting on Knowledge Base and LMS, circulating relevant information to key stakeholders and ensuring we are tracking towards success;
  • Gather and synthesize relevant data, suggesting improvements to the content and systems to help scale our support system;
  • Potential to partner with Marketing to design and manage Tubular customer certification training program;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tubular products, customers, and processes.

About you

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred;
  • You’re a natural teacher and have a knack for clearly articulating ideas that lead to comprehension;
  • You can take complex concepts and break them down into relevant, digestible pieces that someone with little to no background can understand;
  • You bring highly developed communication skills, including both excellent verbal skills and accurate written communication;
  • You’re highly analytical, with the ability to succinctly present strategic recommendations based on data analysis;
  • A helper by nature, you’re looking for ways to make things run smoothly and optimizing for ease and effectiveness;
  • You love being an expert and seek out new ways to be an expert;
  • You enjoy learning new technology and quickly pick up new SaaS platforms;
  • You demonstrate excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic Saas environment;
  • You bring experience with Learning and Development platforms;
  • You bring customer understanding and empathy.
