It was built for revenue operations professional and requires no code to automate key business process through data flows, rather than triggers.

About the role

  • Hire and develop a team of experienced Account Executives
  • Consistently deliver against team revenue goals
  • Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value of Syncari
  • Partner with sales leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales process
  • Understand the challenges facing the team and clear the way to allow for success
  • Deliver accurate team pipeline forecasting (annual, quarterly)
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity in Sales and the larger GTM efforts
  • Become a partner with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, collateral, and processes are followed by the entire sales team
  • Identify recurring gaps in GTM and relay them to marketing

About you

  • 5+ years of experience managing high performing software sales teams (preferably for a SaaS company)
  • Previous startup experience (Series B/C) preferred
  • Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in Mid-Market/Enterprise sales
  • Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of business acumen and understanding of how operations leaders think
  • Previous experience selling into operations leadership (C, VP and Dir level)
  • Experience with Platform, Integration, iPaas or Operations products preferred
