About the role
- Hire and develop a team of experienced Account Executives
- Consistently deliver against team revenue goals
- Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value of Syncari
- Partner with sales leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales process
- Understand the challenges facing the team and clear the way to allow for success
- Deliver accurate team pipeline forecasting (annual, quarterly)
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity in Sales and the larger GTM efforts
- Become a partner with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, collateral, and processes are followed by the entire sales team
- Identify recurring gaps in GTM and relay them to marketing
About you
- 5+ years of experience managing high performing software sales teams (preferably for a SaaS company)
- Previous startup experience (Series B/C) preferred
- Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in Mid-Market/Enterprise sales
- Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of business acumen and understanding of how operations leaders think
- Previous experience selling into operations leadership (C, VP and Dir level)
- Experience with Platform, Integration, iPaas or Operations products preferred
