About the role
- You’ll be the first person to hit the ground running, concentrating solely on sales.
- After 9 – 12 months of carrying a bag closing deals, it will then be time to grow the sales team
- The hiring plan is for 2 Sales Engineers and 2 other sales hunters by the end of 2022.
- You’ll build and implement the overall sales strategy.
- Meet the sales quarterly quota targets objectives.
- Deliver accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Build up and maintain intra-department and cross-functional processes related to revenue generation.
- New logo hunter, but looking to get into long-term leadership.
- Knowledge in the security market and / or SaaS.
- Strategic thinker, and willing to take action in a fast-paced company.
- Experience in Start-up / Scale-Up environment – been there, done that.
- Ability to take ownership and quickly grasp the knowledge about their products.
- Use resources and funds cleverly and innovatively.
