About the role
- Collaborate with Executive team and other key stakeholders to develop and execute rapid growth strategies
- Spearhead scaling of revenue generating teams
- Refine, optimize and execute the commercial strategy to exceed revenue targets
- Inspire the team to the highest levels of engagement and commitment in order to get their best in the pursuit of goals
- You will have led teams within SaaS / start up companies
- You will have a successful track record growing revenue and scaling teams
- You will have experience within AdTech or FinTech, preferably payments
- Previous experience as CRO or solid VP Sales background essential
- Based in New York
