About the role

As MeasureOne’s first full-time marketer, you will build their product marketing function from the ground up, own their market positioning and do whatever it takes to ensure their products resonate with customers.

You will work closely with Sales and the Executive Team with the goal of transforming a potential customer from disinterested party to MeasureOne champion.

They’re looking for someone who is scrappy, curious, thoughtful, creative and action-oriented.  The job will require work and thinking that ranges from new product launches to updating sales collateral to managing their SEO agency to identifying and executing winning lead gen campaigns.

  • Own and drive key product marketing initiatives that establish MeasureOne as a market leader and improve sales productivity
  • Craft messaging. Understand how MeasureOne is doing in the marketplace. Understand market trends. Understand competitors. Understand how your tactics are working. Actively use this data to steer the messaging and marketing materials you generate.
  • Develop content including but not limited to presentations, data sheets, white papers, demos, webinars, social media, newsletters and other assets to drive prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Take ownership over — you should have lots of ideas for how to make it better
  • Manage current Hubspot integration; select and implement new sales and marketing technologies to scale demand generation and meet sales pipeline goals
  • Help create their sales playbook. As they scale out their sales efforts, they’ll need a single, definitive resource on all things sales: the high-level pitch, segmenting across industries and personas, customer case studies, competitive comparisons, and more.
  • Organize a feature and product launch process. They need someone to own the entire launch process, from writing a feature announcement post to working with partners for co-marketing to bigger PR efforts.
  • Research, plan, develop, produce, measure, refine and scale all lead generation efforts including email marketing, social media, SEM, SEO, direct mail, webinars, online advertising and retargeting

About you

  • The ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively to find effective and efficient ways to drive customer awareness and adoption
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and the ability to develop powerful visual communications
  • Hands-on, strong get stuff done work-ethic and sense of ownership
  • Leadership and organizational skills to help drive projects to completion
  • Experience in email marketing, SEO/SEM, events, social media, and digital marketing
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with marketing technologies such as Hubspot and Outreach
  • Education from a top-tier college.
