- Oversee adoption, onboarding, value realization and retention of prospects and customers
- Become a key point of contact, acting as a trusted advisor for customers – helping to communicate their needs internally
- Work with rest of the sales team to drive upselling opportunities and ensure success for the customer
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales Engineering, 3+ years with a SaaS product with skills in AWS & SQL
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools/cloud tech + the technical understanding that comes with them
- Have previously worked with Hadoop collection
- Circa $140k-$150k base
