The Job

  • Lead a team ensuring success in client retention, onboarding and reporting
  • Work with the operations team to ensure that any customer issues are dealt with quickly and effectively
  • Conduct reviews with the sales team in order to ensure client satisfaction and SLAs are met

About You

  • At least 2 years’ experience leading a Customer Service team
  • 2 years’ experience in the Payment Industry.
  • Have previously used Salesforce
  • An effective leader with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills


  • Around $110k base + bonus
