Customer Success Manager

Working within the B2B FinTech space – their strategic partners already include some of the world’s biggest banks and payment solutions.
- Lead a team ensuring success in client retention, onboarding and reporting
- Work with the operations team to ensure that any customer issues are dealt with quickly and effectively
- Conduct reviews with the sales team in order to ensure client satisfaction and SLAs are met
- At least 2 years’ experience leading a Customer Service team
- 2 years’ experience in the Payment Industry.
- Have previously used Salesforce
- An effective leader with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Around $110k base + bonus
