Head up the sales for this data-analytics company who are determined to provide actionable insights to businesses and their teams.

Land and expand – build a sales team around you work directly with the CEO to develop a sales process.

The Job:

  • Develop a sales process and strategy to help fuel the company’s next stage of growth
  • Grow and manage a sales team – ensuring that they meet their individual goals and the business meets its revenue goals
  • Set weekly/monthly/annual targets for your department, taking on the responsibility for the performance of that department

About You:

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in SaaS
  • Experience either in analytics, data or security
  • Previous experience as a sales leader and preferably of hiring salespeople
  • Will succeed in a start-up environment

Package Details:

  • $200k-$250k total comp
