Head up the sales for this data-analytics company who are determined to provide actionable insights to businesses and their teams.
Land and expand – build a sales team around you work directly with the CEO to develop a sales process.
- Develop a sales process and strategy to help fuel the company’s next stage of growth
- Grow and manage a sales team – ensuring that they meet their individual goals and the business meets its revenue goals
- Set weekly/monthly/annual targets for your department, taking on the responsibility for the performance of that department
- At least 5+ years’ experience in SaaS
- Experience either in analytics, data or security
- Previous experience as a sales leader and preferably of hiring salespeople
- Will succeed in a start-up environment
- $200k-$250k total comp
