Customer Success Manager
Work for an award-winning Big Data company as their Customer Success Manager.
This is an unmissable to work with a data company who boasts a cliental that includes Disney and Johnson & Johnson amongst others.
- Serve as a trusted business advisor to the customer by understanding their goals
- Assist with the customers’ transition from the old product to the new product that the company hope to launch this quarter.
- Identify customers with concerns and problems and work with them to find a resolution that leaves them satisfied.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ideally able to code in SQL or other coding skills
- Work well in fast-paced and collaborative star-up environments.
- Round $75k-$95k base
