- Be the first point of contact and build relationships with your assigned customers
- Help to define and scale the customer success strategy for this company
- Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure the best service for your assigned accounts
- 3-5+ years’ experience within Customer Success
- Ideally will have experience within the automation space
- Able to succeed in a start-up environment
- $140k-$165k base
