The Job:
- Ensure success for important customers across their whole 12-24 month SaaS lifecycle
- You will serve as the escalation point for customer issues and feedback, ensuring it is relayed internally to assist in the product improvement
- Lead entire lifecycle – from on-boarding to renewal
About You:
- 5+ years’ experience of Customer Success in the tech space
- Experience in managing clients’ accounts and driving customer renewals
- Comfortable negotiating and working in a start-up environment
- You must have experience working with agencies.
Package Details:
- $120k-$130k base + commission
- Ongoing team incentives and individual awards
