EMEA Solutions Engineer
A leading US Payments Solution are seeking a Solutions Consultant to make impact on their growing team in EMEA. They have a PCI-compliant cloud solution, where merchants can connect to multiple payment services, optimize their payment stack, control card data, and accept alternative payment types. You'll be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to their sales and partnership teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and utilize presentations, sample apps and other tools to aid in story-telling as it relates to the different services provided by the company
- Work closely with sales and partnerships to boost sales and be an expert in their suite of products
- Capture feedback from prospects around new and improved features and feed that back into the Product, Sales, Engineering and Leadership teams
- Attend industry conferences and events to promote the solution
- Become a company expert in the product suite.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years in a sales engineering/solutions consulting role, payments experience is a must!
- Understanding of the card not present (CNP) payments ecosystem
- Comfortable participating on Enterprise level calls with CTO and Director level customers
- Strong pre-sales and/or implementation background with a people/consultative approach to solving peoples’ problems
- Proficiency in understanding concepts and technologies in systems design and microservices
- Ability to leverage sequence diagram tools (Lucidchat) and developer tools (Postman)
- Founder-like drive to take initiative and ownership over starting and building out departmental strategy.
- Reduce complex concepts into easy to understand information, have a strong understanding of API's
- Trust worthy, drive to accomplish team based goals, empathy and ability to communicate well with a diverse range of counterparts.
