- Oversee the go-to-market strategy, and within your first 3 months, see that strategy aligned across the company.
- Aim to achieve 30% revenue growth quarter-on-quarter from Q4 all the way through till 2023
- Scale and manage the sales, customer success and account management teams
- Track record of growing revenue for a MarTech or b2b SaaS platform
- Previous experience scaling teams and hiring leaders
- Able to work with teams across multiple time-zones
- $200k-$230k base + bonus
