Customer Success Manager – eCommerce
Our client – an award-winning eCommerce product – is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to be part of their New York team.
Often described as Tech ‘Ones to watch’, this company has many household names included in its clientele.
- Working with the company’s enterprise level ($1.5m+) accounts.
- Advise customers on data-driven strategies for growth, tailoring said advice to their needs.
- Gain the trust of important accounts to become a thought leader and an irreplaceable asset to their business.
- CSM experience including the management of enterprise level clients.
- Have previously worked with eCommerce products or at least another SaaS solution.
- Based in New York.
- Around $110k-$125k base plus bonus
