VP of Sales | Payments / E – comm
An exciting opportunity to lead and further grow the Sales Org. at a white hot FinTech start up.
The company closed their fourth round of funding this year, they now need a skilled and driven Sales leader to play a key part in the further rapid growth of the business.
The role
- Collaborate with Executive team and other key stakeholders to develop and execute on growth strategies
- Lead the structuring and scaling of the Sales Organisation
- Refine, optimize and execute the commercial strategy to exceed revenue targets
- Inspire the team to the highest levels of engagement and commitment in order to get their best in the pursuit of goals
About you
- Previous experience as the key Sales leader scaling and structuring a Tech sales organisation
- Background and expertise around the FinTech, Payments or E-commerce space is highly desirable
- Experience working with Partnership / Channel sales beneficial
- History of setting up Sales Org. to attack the Enterprise space also highly desirable
