- Meet set targets for client renewals, up-selling and cross-selling
- Act as point of contact – build relationships and process any feedback/issues thereby managing account risk
- Monitor client account forecasting – reporting on pipeline developments
- 3-5 years’ experience in Account Managing/Sales/Customer Success for a tech company
- Ideally experienced working in Healthcare and Pharma
- Bachelor or University degree
- $110k base – $220k OTE
