The company are growing very quickly, increasing their revenue by about 4X year-on-year.
- Lead a team of AEs – manage this team and help them reach revenue targets.
- Analyse CRM data to forecast performance of the sales team.
- Assist the product/engineering teams in improving the product by bringing a client facing perspective.
- 3-5 years’ previous experience as a Sales Leader.
- Player-coach: able to step in and assist when necessary.
- Have previously sold to eCommerce or have sold a SaaS product.
- $150k-$180k base • $185k-$225k OTE
