Our client has already attracted a lot of attention – some of their highest profile customers include Google and Vodafone.

The Job

  • Lead the technical implementation of the product for important strategic clients
  • Create bot personas and write appropriate copy with a conversational journey/flow in mind
  • Analyse the performance of the bots and find actionable insights based on the data gathered

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in a client-facing technical role
  • Portfolio of experience working with bots and with conversational design
  • Have previously used Natural Language Understanding tech such as Dialogflow,, Rasa etc.
  • Have worked on bots for popular messaging channels i.e. Apple Business Chat, Facebook Messenger, Twitter DMs etc.
