- Lead the technical implementation of the product for important strategic clients
- Create bot personas and write appropriate copy with a conversational journey/flow in mind
- Analyse the performance of the bots and find actionable insights based on the data gathered
- 3+ years’ experience in a client-facing technical role
- Portfolio of experience working with bots and with conversational design
- Have previously used Natural Language Understanding tech such as Dialogflow, Wit.ai, Rasa etc.
- Have worked on bots for popular messaging channels i.e. Apple Business Chat, Facebook Messenger, Twitter DMs etc.
