- Onboard new partners and consult with them, finding pain-points and aiming to grow the partnership
- First point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting when possible and escalating when necessary
- Conduct meetings with partners to gather feedback and any feature requests
- 3+ years’ experience as an account manager, ideally in the ad tech space
- Understanding of the online advertising space
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- £40k-£45k base + bonus
