Senior Manager, Technical Solutions | MarTech
Our client is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Solutions to join there team.
Their solution – listed as a G2 high performer – allows their clients to communicate with customers through a variety of messaging channels
- Be the Technical lead for the company’s most strategic clients, developing bots with advanced Natural Language Processing and Random Access Navigation.
- Tailor setups to based on client’s requirements, mastering configuration across all the company’s products
- Deliver presentations/workshops – both onsite and remote – in order to allow maximisation of client usage of the solutions.
- 5+ years of previous experience as a client-facing technical consultant
- Experience working with messaging bots and NLP a plus (e.g. Apple Business Chat, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Twitter DM).
- Based in Boston
- Circa $120k-$130k base + bonus
