Customer Success / Support Specialist | MarTech
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join their team as they continue their consistent year-on-year growth
Their social media analytics platform is listed as a Forrester and Garner leader with clients including the likes of Coca-Cola, T-Mobile, Walmart to name but a few.
- As a Technical/Customer Support specialist you’ll be onboarding new clients from across the US
- Work with developers and engineers to help provide a tailored first-class experience for clients
- Design and build out your training and onboarding materials.
- Previous experience previously in a Technical Support role within the SaaS space
- Ideally have experience working with social media and some form of relationship management
- Able to work remotely, ideally on East Coast time
- Around $70k base plus bonus
