Technical Support Engineer – eCommerce
Our client – an award-winning eCommerce product – is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their team.
Often described as Tech ‘Ones to watch’, this company has many household names included in its clientele.
- Make sure all systems are running smoothly, and that clients are receiving exceptional service.
- Rotational on-call, working collaboratively with the company’s global engineer teams.
- Guiding customers through troubleshooting whilst providing constant support with problem assessment, cloud infrastructure and system configuration
- 3 years of experience in web-based IT Operations with client interaction either as support, developer or engineer ideally in an eCommerce environment.
- Have previously worked with SQL and relational databases
- Based in Atlanta, GA.
- Around $60k base
