Our client – an award-winning eCommerce product – is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their team.

Often described as Tech ‘Ones to watch’, this company has many household names included in its clientele.

The Job

  • Make sure all systems are running smoothly, and that clients are receiving exceptional service.
  • Rotational on-call, working collaboratively with the company’s global engineer teams.
  • Guiding customers through troubleshooting whilst providing constant support with problem assessment, cloud infrastructure and system configuration

About You

  • 3 years of experience in web-based IT Operations with client interaction either as support, developer or engineer ideally in an eCommerce environment.
  • Have previously worked with SQL and relational databases
  • Based in Atlanta, GA.

Package Details
